Using cognitive behavior therapy techniques in a pro-active manner to help children and teens develop their own skills through an increased awareness of their emotions, their thoughts, and their environment. Children and teens will learn movement sequences that help energize, focus, and calm as well as learn techniques to identify their emotions and how to handle them.  They will also learn different art techniques and find new ways of exploring, understanding why they feel the way they feel.


Guiding families to find new ways to communicate, connect, and support each each other.  Exploring how families are inter-related and dependent on one another and recognizing the importance of letting emotions settle before problem solving.  Focusing on positive discipline strategies and learning how to listen and hear what someone is saying.  Learning how to help each other weather difficult times and allowing each member of the family to be who they are and working toward their strengths.


Offering adults an opportunity to deepen their own awareness and develop new strategies to cope with increasing demands on their energy.  Using different approaches and different modalities to process the changes that occur during our adult lives.  Using yoga sequences to tend and care for the body and learning how mindfulness can bring more presence and peace in demanding times.  Finding a new voice for self-expression and compassion through mixed media art exploration.

Class Policies

Sibling Discounts

For our child and teen classes, if you’re registering more than one child in the same class, we offer a 10% discount for the second child.

For our parent & child classes, an additional sibling may attend for an extra $75.00. More than one additional child will require a separate enrollment with an additional parent.

Sibling Discounts do not apply for one-day workshops.

Refund Policy

If you cancel prior to the class start date, a full refund will be issued.

If you need to cancel after attending the first session, a partial refund will be issued. A $50.00 supply and processing fee will be subtracted from the cost of the class.

Due to cost of supplies and labor, we cannot issue any refunds if the student doesn’t attend after the second class. This includes missing sessions due to illness.
